Top Line Controller (Sr. Top Line Manager)

This position is responsible for:
• Monthly GPS cycle within finance / preparation of full P&L
• Animation of Weekly sales extrapolation meeting
• Trade management
• Business cases for innovations, new customers, etc
• Animation of the channel performance
• Continuous focus on how to improve sales margins

Key Internal and External Relationships:
Internal: DWA (Finance, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain), CBS (finance team, IT/IS support of tools)
External: Customers together with sales teams

Objectives of the role:
• Managing monthly close of top line (volumes to net sales)
• Analysis of Operational margin with key drivers of variations vs expectation per channel / product
• Analysis of performance of the channels
• Ensuring trade is correctly reflected in CAS and can be used for month end close
• Translation of volume to Net Gross sales and Net sales
• Alignment on trade assumptions with Sales teams and ensuring it is in line with agreed investments
• Managing full P&L preparation per channel
• Animation of channel P&Ls with channel leads
• Preparation of Risks & Opps on top line
• Animation of weekly sales extrapolation process
• Manage the process of trade approval
• Ensure all trade is correctly planned in CAS
• Analysis of trade efficiency
• Business partner to sales team on top line development - business cases for new customers / channels
• Business partner to marketing team on business cases for innovations

Required Professional Experience/Education:
• Bachelors Degree in finance
• 7+ years prior experience in financial field and at least one role in top line controlling (marketing and sales finance)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Tools

Desired, but not essential
• SAP/CAS experience
• Prior work experience within FMCP industry
