The Talent Acquisition Recruiter maintains responsibility for managing the full life cycle recruitment for various functions within Danone North America, utilizing her/his understanding of Danone strategy, talent needs, and local market trends.

  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment process, including:
  • Manage job postings
  • Partner with Human Resources Business Partners to execute talent acquisition strategies and process
  • Conduct recruitment strategy meeting with hiring managers and define sourcing plan
  • Utilize sourcing strategies that integrate the identification and attraction of diverse candidates
  • Appropriately screen candidates, including faceto-face interviews, creating a short list of candidates for the hiring manager to consider
  • Organize and lead debrief sessions on candidates with hiring managers and interview teams
  • Manage the offer process
  • Remain up to date on market trends and competitive analysis
  • Continuously build pipelines of talent, to enable proactive recruitment
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agency partners
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, HRBP’s, agencies, and TA colleagues to create partnerships that enable and yield consistent results
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of Danone North America’s business and culture in order to help candidates fully understand and the opportunity
  • Adopt and foster a collaborative mind-set, working with teams both in person and virtually
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in talent acquisition, best practices and trends to bring leading edge expertise to Danone


  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant work experience and education required.
  • Minimum of four years talent acquisition/full life cycle recruitment experience required.  Prior recruiting experience in consumer packaged goods strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Proven track record of success in hitting high volume recruiting goals.
  • Exhibited success as a team player and individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow process while being able to insert creative recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written, and possess a client first mentality.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a willingness to present when necessary
  • Ability to interact effectively among all levels of the organization.
