Job Overview:



  • Manage the order life cycle from creation to delivery by ensuring accuracy & compliance which includes terms of sale, lead time, and inventory availability
  • Communicate with customers by tracking shipments, inventory levels, and conducting gap analysis on performance measures.
  • Professionally and promptly resolve customer topics and inquiries by thoroughly researching issues, identifying root causes and offering solutions.
  • Inventory Management support.
  • Collaboration with logistics department.


Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Business management


  • Monitor and report KPI(s)
  • Complaints handling regarding deviations in deliveries together with internal and external departments
  • Analyze and support in improving our processes, systems and reporting to create an even more effective Customer Service Department.
  • Communication to our customer and logistics providers for all outbound and logistic related topics


Logistics Collaboration


•      Closely collaborate with the Logistics Specialist in day to day activities related to Customers.



Professional Experience/Education:



•      Bachelor’s Degree

•      1+ years prior experience in supply chain

•      SAP knowledge

•      Global understanding of Supply Chain

•      Strong skills in Microsoft Office Tools. APICS certification preferred

•      Ability to travel 5% preferred





•      Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset – ability to think ahead, to make proposals and deliver solutions.

•      Success in problem solving and critical thinking thanks to motivational and listening skills

•      Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.

•      Detail oriented.

•      Capable of managing multiple and high-priority assignments.

•      Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and establish trust both internally and externally.

•      Proven confidence, tact and diplomacy while dealing with complex problems or top management level.

•      Passion for excellence.

•      Proven ability to execute results quickly & effectively.

•      Ability to adapt to change.
