V.I.E Performance Specialist Engineer (M/F)

 

Your mission

 

Performance Management is a process by which organisations align their resources, systems and employees to strategic objectives and priorities. It refers to the activities, tools, processes and programs that are used to improve the performance of the business.

The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of factory performance improvements (based on the Factory Strategic Plan) through DaMaWay, NN7 and other Continuous Improvement Initiatives.

• Management and successful delivery of numerous projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Dealing with multiple stakeholders across the organisation
• Remaining positive and resilient in challenging circumstance

 

Your profile

 

  • Degree in related discipline such as Engineering, Technology or related discipline
  • Strong Communication Skills (both written and oral)  
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant Planning Management Experience
  • Take direction well and be a motivated self-starter
  • Open and excited to learn new ways of working or technologies, especially in the manufacturing landscape
  • Able to connect with people from all backgrounds and levels of experience, building meaningful relationships and understand the importance of explaining the 'why'
  • Experience in manufacturing environment is beneficial
  • Reasonable Microsoft Office experience
