On the position of Junior HR Business Partner (Sales) in our waters division you will be responsible for:

 

  • contributing to creation of business strategy for Sales Team (mainly field Sales Team)
  • managing of HR development processes in field Sales Team members, including proposing solutions and training,
  • conducting of recruitment processes in line with company’s standards and cooperating with external partners in this area,
  • coordinating employees evaluation process and supporting Hiring Managers in this area,
  • support for Managers in terms of labor law and cooperation with Payroll Department in people topics,
  • leading projects and/or contributing to projects in terms of effectiveness improvement in Sales Team or others, work in x-functional groups.

 

 

Expectations from the candidates:

 

  • higher education degree, 
  • minimum 2-3-year experience in HR area, including at least 1 year cooperation with Sales Department (necessary condition),
  • experience in FMCG area will be an asset,
  • energy in action, healthy self-confidence, infuencial skills,  
  • business ocumen and understanding of sales mindset,
  • excellent communication and cooperation skills, improvement mindset,
  • ability to build easily strong relationships based on trust,
  • consistency and process-minded attitude, decision-making skills,
  • goal- oriented and proactive attitude looking for new, optimal solutions,
  • practical knowledge of labor law and familiarity with HR processes in big organization,
  • fluent English written and spoken,
  • mobility and openness for often job trips,
  • very good usage of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
