Due to the development of the team we are currently looking for:

 

Revenue Growth Management Specialist

Location: Warszawa

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating past promotions profitability
  • Analyzing promotions effectiveness and building recommendations on optimizing future promotional spend
  • Reporting key parameters reflecting promo plan effectiveness
  • Cooperation with KAMs in order to deliver high quality long term promo plans on time in full in a volatile environment
  • Consolidating promo plans and challenging assumptions in order to push for more results
  • Co-ordinating implementation of Price List changes
  • Analyzing and estimating Price List changes’ impact on the business (potential impact on volumes, investment, timings, etc.) based on past observations and Price Elasticity studies

 

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Professional experience in Business Information/Sales Reporting, Finance, Demand Planning or Category Management
  • Good understanding of products and distribution channels, knowledge regarding market (all FMCG), shoppers, customers, competitors and positioning against competition
  • Understanding of cost structure (brands, formats) and levers to drive profitability and promo efficiency
  • High analytical skills and ability to drive insights from data and formulate action oriented plans to address them
  • Advanced influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast changing environment to balance priorities
