Proxy Manager

Location: Warsaw


Scope of responsibility:


  • Lead development of short & long term strategy of Żywiec Zdrój in Proxy channel (distributors, cash&carry, go-to-market).
  • Ensure profitability and effectiveness of the business with focus on the future.
  • Building and managing sales by leading a team of Key Account Managers and drive sales according to strategy and budget.
  • Managing customer relation with Key Accounts by participating in negotiation and building long-term partnership.
  • Partner with other functions to support the development and execution of the channel strategy.
  • Manage P&L, brand's budget & lead forecast discussions.



  • Experience in managing sales team (remote team management experience will be an advantage).
  • Excellent strategic mindset with good knowledge of field force areas.
  • Experience in developing the partnership with clients including distributors or cash&carry, etc
  • Able to drive the change with focusing on the business profitability.
  • Knowledge of "route to market" model and its implementation.
  • Good managerial capabilities: mix of strong leadership & good communication skills, strong presentation/ executional skills.
  • Able to deliver the KPIs such as: sales force effectiveness, numeric distribution, analyse internal & external information, curiosity in Nielsen data.
  • Keen on new challenges and ambitious objectives.
  • University degree.
  • Fluent speaking in English.
