PROFITABLE REVENUE GROWTH MANAGER

Place of work: Warsaw, Poland

 

 

The main mission of the person on this position is to develop and manage price &portfolio architecture & recommend promotional strategy in order to maximize company’s profitability and revenue.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Define, develop & manage  price & portfolio strategy
  • Analyze previous promotional  activities and historical data to evaluate promotions profitability & create Promo Guidelines to optimize promo spend across brands and customers
  • Recommend consumer price & product size & range to maximize company profitability
  • Setting  tools and processes to execute strategies across the company
  • Support business decision taking via supplying the organization with sales analysis and reports.
  • Deliver proper expertise  to increase  Sales Force & distribution efficiency & to drive in-store excellence thru data and tools for Sales Team

 

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCES of the ideal candidate:

 

  • More than 7 years of professional experience in variety of business functions, incl. Sales and Business Development/or KA Management in FMCG company  (across Sales)
  • Good understanding of products and distribution channels, knowledge regarding market (all FMCG), shoppers, customers, consumers, competitors and positioning against competition Highly motivated, focused & goal oriented
  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking
  • Advanced influencing skills  & Ability and power to challenge status quo.
  • Leadership skills (teams)
  • Ability to hold people accountable
  • Ability to work under pressure and in multi-tasking environment to balance priorities
  • Ability to work in a dynamically changing environment & under time pressure
  • Collaborative mindset & attitudes,
  • Fluent in English and Polish
