IT Competency Center EMEA is an organization that manages the IT infrastructure for DANONE companies in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. It offers international and dynamic development in such areas as: server and storage management, LAN / WAN and email system, development & stabilization of client platforms and data security.

Now we are looking for the right candidate for the position:


IT ANALYST in the Service Management Area


You would join the team that is working on ensuring ITIL best practises are implemented and used across all Group Danone IS/IT organizations, we are configuring and administrating the request management software and processes all around the world from local teams through regional competency centers to central teams. We have new challenges as Enterprise Service Management which come with implementation of request management processes and tools in other departments like Finance or HR.



  • Acting as SPOC for Service Management process and tools implementation at global level,
  • Managing of projects within Service Management,
  • Evaluating, improving IT processes at the level of IT Department,
  • Continuous service improvement for customers in IT process area,
  • Implementation of Service Management system for Finance, HR and other functions (ESM),
  • Ongoing support of the tools.

Ideal candidate:

  • Min. 2 years of experience on similar position in international organization with complex IT processes,
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL,
  • Process oriented mind and ability to solve problems independently,
  • Ability to analyze business processes and experience in work with data,
  • Customer oriented attitude,
  • Very good communications skills (presentations in front of customers),
  • Initiative, accuracy, timeliness and conscientiousness in action,
  • English – advanced knowledge is a must / nice to have:  French/other,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
