Danone IT Competency Center EMEA is responsible for the IT service management for all DANONE Group companies worldwide and now to our team to Application Management Team in Warsaw (Poland) we are looking for the right candidate for the position:

 

 

IT ANALYST in the Service Management Area

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES ON THE POSITION:

 

  • Acting as SPOC for Service Management process and tools implementation at global level
  • Managing of projects within Service Management
  • Evaluating, improving IT processes at the level of IT Department
  • Continuous service improvement for customers in IT process area
  • Implementation of Service Management system for Finance, HR and other functions (ESM)
  • Ongoing support of the tools.

 

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • university degree
  • Min. 2 years of experience on similar position in international organization with complex IT processes
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL
  • English – advanced knowledge is a must / nice to have:  French/other
  • Process oriented mind
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Very good communications skills (presentations in front of customers)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to analyze business processes, experience in work with data,
  • Ability to solve problems independently
  • Initiative, accuracy, timeliness, independence and conscientiousness in action.
