Currently we are looking for candidates for the role of the:



Brand Manager Danio


  • Leading and coordinating the biggest brand projects contributing to brand strategy including new product development and promotions/activations and communication (strong marketing mix fundaments with 360 degree marketing driven by consumer and market trends understanding).
  • Coleading brand on PL level (with Senior Brand Manager CEN support)
  • Leading cross-functional project teams in order to achieve brand's ambition
  • Developing portfolio according to specific consumer's, shopper's and channel's needs
  • Searching and defining opportunities for brand development basing on brand performance, competitors development and market trends based on brand, financial and market analysis (including recommendation of actions)
  • Assuring smooth collaboration with all internal stakeholders, regional Brand Team and external partners
  • Ensuring positive spirit for the brand, team in the organization
  • Developing and managing one direct report (trainee)



  • 4-5 year experience in marketing, with at least 1-1,5 year of the independent experience in the same or similar role
  • Perfect project management & leadership skills with highly developed positive attitude toward building relations
  • Knowledge and understanding of marketing mix, 360 degree communication (incl experience), product development 
  • Advanced analytical skills, ability to define hypothesis on key business drivers and drive in execution
  • Very good organizational skills & multitasking
  • Self-drive, doer approach, proactive, out of the box thinking, business and strategy oriented
  • Highly able to work independently
  • Ability to work in a team and build relationships
  • Polish and Business English (C1) is a must
  • MS office (advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point) and marketing & analytical tools: Nielsen, GFK data, P&L understanding
  • Sales, channel development/customer marketing background is an asset
