What to expect from a Medical Account Manager role at Danone:

As a Medical Sales Account Manager for our Primary or Secondary Care division, you will; 

  • Design and implement a business territory plan in line with brand objectives to develop agreed territory Business Plans and increase market share
  • Leverage brand recommendation through networking and education of a variety of HCPs in the primary and/or secondary care NHS arena and able to build quick and strong long-term relationships with customers
  •  Develop & deliver Key Opinion Leaders strategy. Also, identify, profile and evaluate impact of HCP Educators and devise specific action plans for their management in conjunction strategy as agreed with brand objectives
  • Work cross functionally to contribute to and implement our strategy with active contribution to/implementation of marketing/medical affairs/external affairs projects 
  • Build, maintain and maximise commercial relationships with NHS accounts across primary &/or Secondary care CCGs
  • Work with Regional Business Manager and National Sales Manager to deliver a local commercial strategy within defined territory
  • Understanding of scientific papers, able to translate them into meaningful connections to our products

 

About You:

  • You will be an experienced sales professional with pharma/ healthcare or medical devices background and a thorough understanding of the NHS.
  • Displays Danone (CODES) leadership behaviours underpinned by Company values (HOPE).
  • Right to work in the UK without a Visa sponsorship
