Do you have an L&D background or a keen interest in this area? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Development Coordinator to join our sales team here at Nutricia. This is a full-time role based at our head office in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.


The Sales Development Coordinator is responsible for Supporting the UKIR Sales Development Partner in all Sales Learning and Development initiatives to deliver the overall ambition of the Sales L & D Strategic Roadmap across the UKIR AMN Cluster.


This role plays a key part in actively driving the Sales Organisation Transformation journey by:


  • Partnering with the UKIR Sales Development Partner in the delivery, design and organisation of Learning and Development initiatives driven by both the Strategic Roadmap and Operational requirements of the UKIR sales organisation
  • Maximising the capability (skills, knowledge & competence) of the UKIR Nutricia AMN Sales Team
  • Supporting the Sales Management teams to develop a High Performing & Learning Sales organisation to drive and sustain commercial effectiveness through highly competent and skilled teams.


    Key Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Sales L&D plan and coordinating all organisational aspects of the Sales Learning and Development initiatives both in the office and in the field.
  • Evaluation, analysis and monitoring of all learning initiatives, including satisfaction surveys and events ROI.
  • Based on insights and where learning solutions do not currently exist you will be responsible for working cross functionally in the Danone Business and expected to source some materials and / or design some learning solutions and initiatives under the guidance of the Sales Development Partner.


    Main Challenges:


  • To work autonomously day to day as the Sales Development Partner is field based and so often will not be proximate.
  • To engage effectively with the sales teams and champion continuous learning while being aware of commercial imperatives and time commitments.
  • To manage a diverse workload and adapt and flex to a dynamic, commercial fast paced environment with high pressure and multiple challenges.
  • The role will involve attendance and support at sales learning events across the UK and Ireland and so will necessitate some national travel and occasional overnight stays.
  • Ensure learning programmes are delivered in line with Danone Learning Principles and are aligned to individual and business priorities.
  • Ensure new starters to the sales team have a positive first experience of learning and development at Nutricia.


    To be successful in this role you will need to:


  • Have experience in an L&D or training role (Preferable but not essential)
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyse data
  • Ability to work and prioritise in a fast-paced commercial environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
