Innovation Marketing Manager (First Diet)

About the Role

You are a consumer-centric marketer, focusing on brand growth and brand development. You will be working closely with a manifesto brand and for the core of Alimentation Revolution. You will be mainly reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, Double Heart Brands. Some of your job scope includes joining and championing children's health through food, promoting healthier food choices and/or lifestyles, accelerating Danone's position as the top tier provider of Early Life Nutrition through category leadership in First Diet in ASPAME (APAC & Middle East). Fist Diet covers a baby/toddler/young child's nutritional needs going beyond Infant Milk Formula(IMF). It starts with the first spoon with fruits and vegetables and extends to full meals, finger foods, snacks and even drinks.


About the Job
• Launch First Diet business in South-east Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia)
• Work with cross functional regional and local CBU teams to deliver innovation pipeline while building connections
• Support local marketing teams to drive the best marketing execution to grow brand equity, market share and brand growth
• Define portfolio & innovation strategies and creation of innovation pipeline across segments/ packaging formats/ age stages
• Support and coach local markets in translating and execution of the ultimate winning regional/local mix
• Set up innovation ideas and concepts to exhibit 
• Search, identify and establish strategic, open innovation partnerships with relevant stakeholders and enterprise innovation units and build portfolio of innovation partnerships


About You

• Bachelor's degree in marketing (or relevant fields) or Education in Business Admin 
• 8-10 years of relevant marketing experience, especially in dynamic consumer category
• Global/regional experiences are welcomed
• Ability to deal with complex, dynamic environment
• Dealing with broad portfolio of local brands, competitors and business challenges
• Ability to challenge and change the 'normal'
• Build and deal with conviction & real passion for the category
• Continuously challenging environment, multi-cross functional partner context
• Deep understanding of brand, unconventional methods of brand building
• Story-telling capabilities
• Brand building authority with validated experience in category brand building and brand development especially through innovation
• Natural leader, people person - empathy & feeling for people, high influencing skills
• Global citizen - sensitivity and curiosity for different cultures
• Ability to collaborate and establish links at all levels of an organization, cross-functionally
• Strong team and customer focus, including the ability to thrive in a dynamic, results- oriented environment, high agility.
• Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs
• Strong analytical & synthesizing skills
