Junior Compensation and HR system Manager

Reporting to Head of C&B, Payroll and administration, Daniela Kucova, in this role you will:

• Responsible for C&B policy and reward frame for CZ and SK and ensuring internal and external equity
• Oversee Annual Salary Review campaign and short term incentives process.
• In charge of all payroll, employee data and contracts management and benefits administration through third party supplier.
• Help monitor processes with HR system across the EE cluster (HU, CZ, SK, RO & BG). Responsible for efficient, system driven HR analytics.
• Improve and add new functionalities to the existing HR systems in cooperation with local HR from the EE cluster.


Ideally you will have:
Experience & Technical Knowledge:
• University degree
• Very good knowledge of labor code and local laws, regulations and procedures governing payroll, compensation and benefits.
• Familiar with HR information systems and experience in implementation of a new HR system.
• Fluency in English, Czech and Slovakian.
• Strong excel skills.

• Team player who can work in a pro-active and flexible way.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making.
