Reporting to the Process & Tools Manager, you will be part of the HR Technology & Efficiency Global team. Our team is strongly connected to the other activities of HR function at corporate level (Talent & Learning, Reward, Admin…), to HR teams at local level and to the IS function.

Professionalism, standing for collective interest, daring to challenge and fun are "the way we dance"!


The HR Technology and Efficiency global team contributes to the transformation and the digitalization of the Human Resources function by making our HRIS tools key enablers for data driven HR Performance while providing the best/ a better/ a more engaging user experience.

For 2019, the priority is to set up critical pre-requisites to have the best HR data quality.

This includes:

  • Simplification of our tools towards more user-centricity
  • Making Data a key enabler of HR decisions
  • Engaging our key stakeholders to make it happen.

1/ PROJECT MANAGEMENT (approx. 40%):


  • HR Dashboards: Construction of HR KPIS and Reporting for people Insights
  • Simplification of HR Digital Tools: UX and tool redesign, implementation in HR central Plateform


2/ CHANGE MANAGEMENT (approx. 40%):


  • New HR solution: Help implementing the change management plan of a new HR solution worldwide
  • Use of Central Tools: Supporting countries to use central tools




  • Animation of the worldwide HR Technology & Efficiency community through internal social networks





  • You are a Bac+4/5 Level (minimum) student, from a business school, an engineering school or a university
  • You are available in July for 6 months
  • You are fluent in English.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are organized and autonomous on your mission
  • You are at ease with IS/IT subjects (Information System & Technology) and understand systems as key enablers of a corporate strategy.
  • You have a data-driven mindset.
  • You have experience in project management and you have some background on Design Thinking and User Experience.





  • You will be at the heart of the Digital transformation of the HR function in Danone, and you can make a difference!
  • You will experience different approaches in Organization Development: Design thinking, User Experience, project management, change management, socio-dynamics...
  • You will benefit from a proper integration and a personalized HR follow-up all along your Danone    experience
  • You will receive a financial compensation from 1120€ (Bac+4 Level) to 1300€ (Bac+5 Level) gross/month
