<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">THE CONTEXT

Within the Corporate HR department (the organization which brings together the Talent and Learning functions at the Global level), the Danone Academy global team is looking for an intern to assist in the creation and deployment of a global learning strategy, guidelines and processes all over the world.

The training will be covering the following functions:

  • Operations – Cycles & Procurement
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">General Secretary & HR  
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">One Planet. One Health

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">YOUR MISSIONS

 

  • Participation in the design of learning solutions at Group level (elearning, classroom, virtual classes, blended programs, etc.)
  • Support for learning managers in educational design and project management
  • Creation of communication supports for our learning programs to promote them within the Group
  • Contribute to boosting learning solutions at Danone by leading the Learning Community
  • To lead LMS output processes: learning tracking, evaluation reporting – consolidation of reports for decision making
  • Proactively looks for new ways of exploiting data in the system for better and more informed action plans
  • Ongoing support to regional contacts for global program tracking and general learning inquiries

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">TARGETED PROFILE

 

  • You ideally have experience in Human Resources
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">You demonstrate an interest in issues related to Learning and Development (e.g. Experience in pedagogical design)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">You are recognized for your proactivity, your autonomy, and your organizational skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">You are comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">You are comfortable with Excel data management functions (this will not be the main role, but be very useful)
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) would be considered a plus
