THE CONTEXT

 

Part of the Global One Danone Talent Team, you will support the whole HR process for the General Secretary population at Director level. You will ensure the link and synergies between the various team members and other Human Resources departments and strengthen functional decisions through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

 

 

 

YOUR MISSIONS

 

  • Analysis of quantitative and qualitative HR data, construction and follow-up of monthly KPIs (presentation of headcount, vacancies & turnover figures).
  • Board Meeting preparation: follow-up on Human Resources activities for General Secretary function (Communications, Public Affairs, CSR, Legal …) with a high focus on diversity ambition of the company.
  • Take part in the global Talent Review processes with the Talent team
  • Be a leader of Talent Mapping project for General Secretary function.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • You are a Bac+4/5 Level (minimum) student, from a business school or a university
  • You are available in September for a 12-month apprenticeship contract
  • You have analytical and tool skills: Excel, Powerpoint
  • You are rigourous, reliable and capable to work efficiently in short deadline
  • You can listen, animate and create transverse communication with an open mind and in a constructive spirit
  • You are able to manage confidential and sensitive information

  • You will receive a financial compensation from 1120€ (Bac+4 Level) to 1300€ (Bac+5 Level) gross/month
