Education & Experience

• BS / BA degree require

• 10 years work experience, including experience with Digital Marketing (Search/Display/SEO/CRO) and Trend Analysis in an E-commerce setting

• Indepth knowledge of Amazon

• Cross-Functional Management Service, Product teams, of Finance/Accounting, Business Operations


Other Requirements

• Interface with division and country E-commerce team via video conferences

• Fluent English

The ecommerce channel, with leading retailers like Amazon, is the fastest growing channel within food retail. Danone has put this channel, and these customers, as a key priority to develop.





Key Responsibilities

The E-Commerce Channel Digital Manager will be responsible for the availability of retail digital assets. Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, this role supports strategic growth e business through the implementation of best practices and the execution by local retail marketing managers of data-driven merchandising optimization and marketing enhancement.

Core Tasks

- E-commerce Channel Marketing Strategy & Business Planning
• Lead the development and integration of search, display and site merchandising strategies to build comprehensive monthly/quarterly marketing plans supporting promotions and sales.
• Collaborate with local managers, Product teams, EU and HQ Marketing team and external agencies to optimize and execute plans to effectively align with core KPI's (conversion, traffic and share of voice) and sales goals.

- Enhance Online Package Design & Execution
• Be accountable for retail readiness digital assets for maximizing product merchandising on Amazon and other E retailers product detail pages.
• Collaborate with local retail marketing managers, HQ Marketing teams and external agencies to implement best practices to maximize conversion and grow traffic.

- Grow Digital Shelf Share of Voice
• In coordination with local retail managers improve positioning and grow share of voice at category/subcategory level and key generic search results pages.
• Continually review and optimize search & positioning strategies to significantly grow relevance for key References

- Budget Management
• Manages budget for the production of retail digital assets, supervise local spending plans with local retail marketing managers, Marketing and Finance teams to align with approved budget.
• Submit Requests for Approval and PO's in a timely manner, as needed.

- Reporting
• Manage monthly reporting of performance and trend analysis. Support quarterly Amazon and key e-retailers business review. Ad-hoc analytics tracking for key models and events to drive future enhancements
