DANONE SA is looking for a BI Impulse Transversal Deployment Manager M/F en France (FR) based in Paris.

Over 2020-2022, all Danone CBUs will move to new processes to Analyze Actuals and Build Forecasts, supported by Tagetik applications. The mission of the Transversl Deployment Manager is to actively contribute to the success of 4 regional deployment teams by helping them overcome workload peaks and coordinating activities.




As Transversal deployment manager member, you will:
- Support the preparation of the Deployment toolkit
- Mobilize CBUs ahead of deployments: raising awareness, identifying local contributors, explaining approach and roles
- Initiate the pre-assessment of CBUs: collecting information on people, processes and tools, following up to ensure completeness and reliability of information, performing preliminary analyses to pre-identify points to be further investigated
- Organize pre-assessment workshops
- Train local teams




Finance background with experience in controlling (min. 3 years)
Process oriented and interest in IS topics
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurial, leadership and "can do" mindset, pragmatic
Problem solving and analysis skills
Excellent time management and planning skills
Team player
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel (up to 80% of the time)
