For our Early Life Nutrition - Mellin division in Milan we are looking as of now for a National Account Manager.

You'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans and achieving the targets of sales and profitability.


About the job

-Strategic Contribution:

  •   Implementation of promo plans and activities that impact on market share
  •   Maintaining/increasing the correct promotional fee
  •   Distribution of innovations and key products
  •   Negotiating shelf and off shelf spaces


-Key accountabilities

  •   Respect of the objectives of turnover and marginality through a correct management of the P&L of customer
  •   Management and development of commercial relations with the purchasing units and negotiation of framework agreements
  •   Planning and monitoring of sell-in activities and planning of promotional activities on the point of sale
  •   Development of activities directed to customers in collaboration with the functions Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing
  •   Definition of forecast
  •  Management of reporting and global stakeholders of team Customer


About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

  • Master’s degree in Economics or equivalent;
  • Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
  • Structured and analytical way of working;
  • Relational skills and flexibility;
  • 5 years experience in Sales function, FMCG;
  • Proactivity, flexibility in managing complexity;
  • Excel and Power Point knowledge;
  • Fluent in English.
