The Quality Customer Service Manager is to provide administrative support and conduct detailed analysis to drive customer satisfaction. Manage, analyze and develop reporting tools to deliver concise customer management and identify opportunities for customer satisfaction. Work closely with our Consumer Care Team, Customer Solutions and Plant Quality & Food Safety teams.

 

 
Objectives of the role:
• Actively participate in internal customer- teams and cross-functional business teams
• Create and manage KPI's and Customer Complaints reports to include trending and analytics that will drive improvement
• Support sales and Customer care in Customer portal entries and Customer requests fulfillment
• Assist in request by Senior management for information and/or presentations
• Establish strong knowledge of Customer needs and expectations
 
Requirements:
• College degree in science or related field
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in quality in CPG industry or Trade
• Ability to create, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide recommendations
• Team player with a focus on people and process to effectively drive results
• Effective project manager with the ability to work autonomously with multiple functions
• Creative thinker with continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communicator both written and verbal with audiences across multiple levels
