Integrated in the Human Resources organization of Danone Company in Iberia and as part of the Business Leadership Team in Portugal. From this position based in Lisbon, you will develop an HR Proximity & Advisor role for the Marketing and Sales departments.

 

You will ensure collaboration and alignment with the other HRBPs with the aim that HR processes at the transversal level in Portugal are developed fluently and with the appropriate coordination with the HR CBS team (Learning, Talent, Admin and Compensation and Benefits) and with the CBU Essential Dairy & Plant-Based team.

Which challenges you will face:

 

- You will carry out different activities of Human Resources related to the employees, acting as a contact point, challenging and guiding the Team Leaders and the Country Manager.

- You will participate in the design and implementation of organizational and transformation projects, anticipating optimization opportunities as well as organizational needs

- You will lead the annual Human Resources processes in the assigned departments ensuring the quality and accuracy of employee data: Annual salary review, Performance Review & Performance Setting, Talent Review, Development Conversations, follow up and control of Employee costs.

- You will contribute to talent needs identification, coordinating the annual Talent Review process and building with team leaders the development and learning needs of their teams.

- You will manage and ensure the on boarding process for new arrivals.

- You will participate in the selection process, from the detection needs to the candidate election. Moreover, you will do interviews and communicate inputs to the Talent team to take a decision together.

- You will ensure the compliance and application of local legal regulations as well as the correct implementation of Human Resources policies.

- You will participate in transversal projects with other HR areas, proposing, facilitating and giving support to engagement programs and training sessions for employees.

 

About you:

 

To succeed in this position, you will need:

 

- Solid experience in generalist roles of Human Resources such as HR Business Partner or HR Plant Manager, in multinational environments, especially in FMCG.

- Solid knowledge in Labor Relations as well as project management of organizational change and cultural transformation.

- Openness, proactivity, reliability and collaborative mindset.

- High communicative skills and interpersonal relationship with customer orientation.

- Ability to lead, influence and mobilize teams towards the same goal achieving results effectively.

- Ability to adapt, flexibility and resilience.

- Strategic vision and capacity to detect, anticipate and understand trends and improvement opportunities.

- Proficiency level in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
