As part of Strategic and Insight Division, the role of this position is to provide insight for the organization by acquiring and analyzing sales and marketing data of current market conditions, evaluate marketing mix’s 6Ps, evaluate current communication strategy, formulate brand innovation plan, maximizing the effective use of the data and insight gathered and providing expert analysis and advice within the limitation of Danone Specialized Nutrition's strategic planning and decision making with the objective of ensuring achievement on Danone Specialized Nutrition ’s business strategy.

 

About The Job

 

  • Identifying the insight to grow manifesto brand across IMF Indonesia brand
  • Collaborate and develop operational plan for marketing team's insight, to strengthen company’s understanding towards current market conditions that could be used to improve mainstream products’ strength in the market.
  • Generate brand strategy for Danone Specialized Nutrition’s touchpoint (such as in store, Media, Digital, etc) by coordinating with related function in the organization.
  • Evaluate Marketing Mix’s 6Ps (People, Product, Price, Place, Promotion and Performance) and generate brand analysis to provide short and long term strategy suggestion for Marketing Director.
  • Analyze and evaluate market trend and formulate brand innovation plan to be implemented in the organization, based on acquired sales and marketing data.
  • Evaluate current communication strategy and coordinate with communication department in generating new communication strategy to approach the customer.
  • Maximize the effective use of the data and insight gathered from data research company and provide expert analysis and advice to company’s strategic planner.
  • Formulate and recommend business strategies for the company based on the result of expert analysis and advice to support company’s strategic planning.
  • Acquire and analyze sales and marketing data from selected data research company and generate sales and marketing strategy for Danone Specialized Nutrition product based on the analyzed data.

 

About you

 

  • S1 / Bachelor of Statistic, Finance, Management, Economy
  • 6+ years of working experience within the same role
  • Possess strong understanding in consumer insight
  • Possess strong understanding in market and business insight
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skill
  • Possess strong leadership skill
