As International Change & Learning Manager, you play a key role in leading transformation projects within Alpro in close relationship with business stakeholders, the HR Business Services team and HRBPs. In the first part of your role, as Change Manager, you will act as Change Agent playing a pivotal role in facilitating key business and HR-related transformation projects from a change management & communication perspective. In the second part of your role, as Learning Manager, you will specifically focus on co-building the Alpro Learning & Development strategy, deploying the available Danone learning portfolio/offer across the different Alpro locations and facilitating the collaboration with the global & local Danone Learning teams. In your international position, you will coordinate the development of a clear and long-term cooperation & alignment with, and between, Business stakeholders & Management, HR Business Partners and the relevant HR Business Services teams.

You report to the Alpro HR Business Services & Transformation Director based in Ghent, Belgium.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

As Change Manager you will lead and facilitate Business transformation projects, including HR transformation projects, always taking into account the objective of people engagement.

 

  • Your will be asked to facilitate & support key Business transformation projects as well as to lead HR-related change projects with a transversal business impact (linked to recruitment, learning, reward, HR systems, employee engagement, employer branding, mobility, etc.)
  • You co-build, manage and follow-up the Alpro (HR) Project Portfolio to bring visibility on actual and upcoming transformation projects.
  • You collect and analyze internal best practices, bring outside in perspective by connecting with change management experts outside of Alpro, you deploy change management frameworks & methodologies.
  • You build strong connections with the Danone Transformation teams.

 

As Learning Manager you are responsible for co-building the effective learning strategies for the Alpro Business Unit and for deploying the Danone global/local Learning portfolio. You co-build & facilitate the alignment of the Alpro Learning processes, content & systems with the broader Danone organization and ways-of-working.

 

  • You acquire a good understanding of the Alpro needs/strategic orientations through your contacts with Business Leaders, HR stakeholders… in order to co-build and deploy the Alpro Learning & Development strategy & priorities embedding the existing and to be Danone learning offer, you facilitate the identification of individual & collective development needs and connect with Danone in delivering programs with the most effective mix of Learning approaches.
  • You ensure that the fundamentals are in place in all Alpro locations: induction/culture, functional competences & management.
  • You manage the Alpro Learning budget process & arbitration.
  • You connect and create a Learning network both internally & externally, you work together with the Alpro HR Business Partners and Danone Learning Leads in the different Clusters (Benelux, DACH, UK&I and France) as well as with the global Learning teams to ensure an optimal training offer for our employees and alignment to the Danone Learning processes & content.
  • You lead & facilitate the transition from the Alpro Learning Environment (SuccessFactors LMS) to the Danone Learning Environment (Cornerstone On Demand, EdCast, Training Orchestra) focusing on change management & communication.
  • You liaise with the different local training administrators to ensure the correct registration and reporting of training hours.

 

 

About you

 

  • Hold a Master Degree or equivalent through experience
  • Have at least 5 years experience in HR
  • Have experience in Change Management and at least an understanding of Learning & Development
  • Have developed strong stakeholder influencing and engagement skills by having worked in a global, multi-market context before
  • Be an authentic & inspiring influencer and have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent project management & analytical skill
  • Be excellent in English (oral and written). A broad international experience is a plus
