Supply Chain Coordinator North America

Based in Evian Les Bains (74)

Context

The North America Supply Chain Coordinator is based in France in Evian (74) and wit her/his direct report is responsible of the shipment forecast to invoice process for Danone Waters of America, in direct collaboration with the local team based in NY and different actors in the supply chain. She or he will be the SPOC of DWA and will responsible of the complete flow of this geographical area, from planning to completion.

 

Objectives of the role

1/ Shipment forecasts

- Monthly : review local forecasts in collaboration with the local team to ensure that demand is aligned with the production plan / promotion period etc.

- Weekly : analyze and adjust shipment forecasts according to actual local sales, production and deployment planning

 

2/ Order to invoice process

- Manage supplies and stock cover of 6 local warehouses ("Vendor Managed Inventory" tool)

- Manage operational execution of orders (from entry to invoicing)

- Manage product availability in close collaboration with supply planning and deployment team

- Organize the transport (sea freight) and track shipments

- Follow the good execution by the different service providers (logistic platforms, freight forwarder and shipping companies etc.)

- Coordinate various logistics projects (launch of new products, promotion periods, R&D pallet tests, change of stock policy etc.)

- Coordinate and mobilize various actors in the supply chain (production planning team, deployment planning team etc.) to ensure, on a daily basis, quality service and satisfaction of DWA customer

- Handle different claims with the local team

 

3/ Supply planning

-Monitor the production plan with factories to ensure that orders will be fulfilled

-Monitor and challenge the primary transport plan from factories to DCs

 

4/ Activity Management

-Ensure the follow up of the new products projects with marketing and factories

 

5/ Budget

-Participate to the construction of the supply chain budget for the scope in close collaboration with controlling (administrative fees, transport density...)

-Coordinate between topline and purchasing to assist in the execution of the sea freight tender

 

6/ Performance Management

-Follow up of various KPIs (Inventory aging, OTIF, etc)

 

Targeted profile

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

 

EDUCATION

Master's degree or equivalent, business related major is preferred

PC SKILLS

MS Office fluency and strong user of Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus

FOREIGN LANGUAGES

English and French fluency compulsory

3 years above working experience in FMCG company in Operations/Supply Chain.
