Aujourd’hui Centrale Danone recherche un(e) Internal Communication Manager.

 

Major Activities:

 

Cluster internal communication strategy for all CBUs:

  • Closely partners with HRDs in CBU
  • Identify CBU communication needs
  • Build CBU communication plan and ad hoc communications tools
  • Ensure local activation / consistency of One Danone Voice cross-CBUs
  • Promote Danone’s culture including core values

 

Managerial communications

  • Organize top management communications to support business strategy

 

Internal media (Social Media, Webzines)

  • Manage internal publications (newsletters, emails, DSN publications, intranet…)

 

Internal events

  • Animate day to day CBUs life
  • Manage local internal events, including Danoners World Cup at Cluster level

 

Danoners as Ambassadors & Danoners engagement

  • Mobilize Danoners and provide content in the external projection of the Company
  • Closely partners with OD HR Teams in CBU to ensure all Danoners alignment and engagement behind CBU Vision and Group initiatives

 

Key Performance Indicators:

 

  • Enable achievement of strategic business objectives
  • Cluster internal communication strategy
  • Internal communications towards Danoners (DSN, newsletters…)
  • Internal events
  • Danoners engagement and mobilisation
  • One Danone Voice local activation & consistency
  • Support HR to deliver Danone People Survey

 

Profile:

 

Expert of internal communication activities

Years of experience: 6 to 8

Languages: fluent English, French & Arabic

 

Functional competencies:
