Mission:

 

To catalyze and accelerate factory performance improvement to reach sustainable results and factory growth over time

 

 

Main responsibilities:

 

-Define DaMaWay (Factory performance management system) roadmap for entire factory (mid and long term) and support all production units in factory to implement (through trainings / present participation in pilot phases/ mobilisation of employees)  

-Losses reduction / 0 waste programme - support all production units to implement right action plans /"ideal factory" standards/ expertise ; Leading "building block" Losses team

-Lead the identification, standardisation and reapplication of proven best practices within the factory

-Set and coordinate the Factory Performance Dashboard by seeting the right KPIs, driving system (cascading & reviewing) as the main lever to build and sustain factory's performance

-Full accountability to animate Kaizen programme in the factory 

-Develop DaMaWay capabilities in the factory, build and implement training plan needed in the factory to secure sustainability over time 

-Active participation and contribution to EU Performance Network

-SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for EU Performance team to define priorities, define how to execute them (means/resources) and connect to get standards/ best practices in order to find correct way to implement them

-Contribute as PLT member (Plant Leadership Team) to factory strategy and development

Profile requirements:

 

-At least 5 years of experience in FMCG and at least 3 years on managerial position

-Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written, ability to influence others 

-Strong leadership skills 

-Transversal leadership 

-Problem solving, analytical skills 

-Lean expertise (tools/ methods/ programmes) 

-Ability to teach / train/ mobilize

-Team management 

-Driving / starving for performance 

-Experienced acting in a very complex environment 

-Fluent English
