You will;


  • Take on high levels of responsibility from the start, allowing you to discover your strengths and demonstrate your potential
  • Lead a cross functional project that has a real impact on our business, presenting your updates to our Leadership Team on a regular basis
  • Gain broad exposure to stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Take part in a world class development programme that will build your personal and professional skills alongside your technical ones, so you’re well equipped to be a future leader in Danone
  • On the second year of our programme the graduate who best embodies our CODES leadership behaviours will be awarded a six-month opportunity with Danone in the Netherlands

We are looking for Graduates or Early Career Professionals with up to 2 years’ experience who;


  • Are graduating with Business, Engineering or Science degrees
  • Are open to opportunities to travel with their graduate role

  • Have found academic success whilst also pursuing other personal or professional goals and activities whilst studying

Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition produces specialty foods for infants and young children, and our mission “We make every day count for you and your baby” gives meaning to everything we do. We operate out of 3 sites in New Zealand in Auckland and Balclutha, where our teams undertake the manufacturing, distribution, and development of our infant milks and toddler supplements with market leading brands such as Karicare and Aptamil.
